Smaller batches of 5 to 10 identical products typically require 8 weeks, while larger orders ranging from 20 to 50 of the same item generally take around 12 to 14 weeks to be fulfilled. Rest assured, we’ll promptly email you the shipping details upon order placement, and keep you updated with regular progress notifications.
Delivery Charges & Inquiry
Our standard delivery is facilitated by common carrier on large and heavy items, and UPS (Ground Service) for small items. However, for those seeking expedited delivery, you have the flexibility to coordinate with us for your preferred shipping option, and we can accommodate your preferences. Large item orders, on the other hand, will be dispatched via a common carrier, with rates to be determined. The delivery time for large items varies by state. Opting for a common carrier for large items is highly recommended to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. If you have specific delivery requirements, feel free to give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping and Replacement Procedures
We meticulously pack all our products with the utmost care, using durable recycled materials and trying to keep a small footprint. In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged merchandise, we are committed to expediting the replacement process swiftly. It is crucial to notify us and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery. If any apparent damage is observed upon receiving the goods, ensure that the carrier documents it, and retain all original packing materials along with images showcasing the damage. Each fixture is insured for its entire value, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to promptly inform us of any damages incurred during transit.
Terms of Sale
To initiate a return, kindly request and obtain authorization from Iron Gallery, LLC. We will then provide you with a return authorization number, facilitating the exchange of any defective product.
Return Policy
Custom-made products and custom sizes are non-returnable.
Order Cancelations
You can cancel your order within two days of placing it. If the order has been processed and 50% completion has been reached, a restocking fee of 55% of the total order price will be applied.
Product Warranty
Our products are backed by a two-year warranty from the date of sale, ensuring freedom from defects in material and workmanship. Iron Gallery, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace any defective products or parts at its discretion. Please note that this warranty excludes items damaged during installation. Wear and tear due to frequent use or exposure to weather elements are not considered defects in material or craftsmanship, and Iron Gallery, LLC is not liable for such occurrences.
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variances between batches may occur. Iron Gallery, LLC retains the right to make minor design adjustments without prior notice. Additionally, we do not assume liability for damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper installation, removal, or reinstallation of doors and light fixtures.

Our fixtures are individually handcrafted and UL-approved. It’s important to note that sizes may vary by up to 5.0% between batches. Due to the use of wrought iron, our light fixtures are heavier than others, necessitating professional installation. Iron Gallery, LLC does not accept responsibility for any installation of our light fixtures.
Caution should be exercised when dealing with electric power, as improper installation may lead to electrical shock, death, or fire. It is strongly recommended to have a qualified electrician for proper installation.
